Our Design Process
Consultation and Vision: First meeting over the phone, Zoom or in-person where we talk about your ideas for your property, needs, lifestyle and any specific things you want for your outdoor space.
Site Visit and Assessment: Our design team will visit your property and take measurements/access the property, look at existing plants, soil, light conditions and the home’s architectural style.
Proposal and Agreement: Based on our assessment and your requirements, we will provide a proposal that includes the scope of services, timeline, and costs. Once we have you approval, we will sign an agreement and start the design process.
Concept Development: We will then develop initial designs for your space including, layouts, hardscape selections, and plant selections.
Detailed Design and Plan: Once the concept is approved, we will create a design (either 2D or 3D depending on your preference) of plant selections, materials, lighting, irrigation, etc.
Implementation Plan: We we then prepare the steps to execute the design and bring it to life; including sourcing materials, scheduling construction, coordinating with contractors, etc.
Installation: Our team and trusted contractors will then see to the implementation of the design to make sure that everything maintains the highest quality standards.
Post Installation and Maintenance Guidelines: We will then walk the property with you to make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction and we will also provide you with maintenance guidelines to keep your landscape thriving.
Support: When the project is complete, our relationship doesn’t end! We offer support, can answer questions and give guidance as your landscape grows and matures.
